Volvo Construction Equipment had a traditional incentive program (hats, shirts, etc.), but participation and sales were nominal. Volvo wanted to motivate staff, drive sales, target certain products in specific areas and greatly minimize staff time.
JFG developed an online system where dealers enter their sales and track their earned incentives. Quick and easy for corporate to validate sales and view auto-generated reports. Incentives are loaded onto participants’ spend-anywhere debit cards.
